We’ll work closely with you in a collaborative effort, providing strategic expertise and clear, concise direction from our founder, Loren Smith. Must be booked at least 2 months prior to the event.

  • (1)30 Minute virtual Initial Concept Planning Strategy Session 

  • (2) 20 minute status updates session virtual or in person 

  • (1) 30 minute virtual offboarding session

  • Event Logistics - Venue Selection,  and Operations

  • On-Site Day of Management

  • 6-8 weeks of Social Media Marketing Campaign Management

  • Yes, we can assist with virtual, in person, or hybrid events. We manage the technical aspects, platform selection, attendee engagement, and content delivery for online and hybrid events.

  • It truly varies based on the scope of the event. We recommend as early as possible, especially for events that are larger in scaled and/ or high ticket events. Planning well in advance allows for better vendor selection, overall event preparation, and can aid increasing potential sales with more lead way time.

  • We specialize in small and mid size events. In the past, clients have booked us for product launches, brand activation, focus groups, wine tastings, online events, and social events to name a few.

  • Yes, we do offer complimentary consultations. This session will last 20 minutes and is used as a meet and greet as well as a time to ask questions about our services only. If you are looking a more strategic deep dive into your upcoming event, we do offer that at an additional cost.

  • Yes, on a case by case basis.
