We handle the critical components communication, vendor coordination, contract management, and logistics, while ensuring your event exceeds expectations while allowing you to remain actively involved in the process.

  • (1) 45 minute virtual Initial Concept Planning Strategy Session 

  • (1) 30 minute virtual status updates & planning session

  • (1) 45 minute final planning meeting in person or virtual

  • (1) Final walkthrough at venue with all key stakeholders.

  • Ongoing support via email and/or Voxer

  • On-Site Day of Management.

  • Vendor, Partner, & Sponsor communication management .

  • (1) 30 minute virtual offboarding session

  • Yes, we can assist with virtual, in person, or hybrid events. We manage the technical aspects, platform selection, attendee engagement, and content delivery for online and hybrid events.

  • It truly varies based on the scope of the event. We recommend as early as possible, especially for events that are larger in scaled and/ or high ticket events. Planning well in advance allows for better vendor selection, overall event preparation, and can aid increasing potential sales with more lead way time.

  • We specialize in small and mid size events. In the past, clients have booked us for product launches, brand activation, focus groups, wine tastings, online events, and social events to name a few.

  • Yes, we do offer complimentary consultations. This session will last 20 minutes and is used as a meet and greet as well as a time to ask questions about our services only. If you are looking a more strategic deep dive into your upcoming event, we do offer that at an additional cost.

  • Yes, on a case by case basis.
